No Refund Policy
All payments made to FluxFinch are non-refundable once the project has started or services have been initiated.
Due to the nature of digital services:
- Time and resources are allocated immediately
- Strategies and planning begin after confirmation
- Work delivered cannot be reversed
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Payment was made by mistake (duplicate payment)
- Service was not initiated at all
Any approved refund will be processed within 7–10 working day
Service Dissatisfaction
If you are not satisfied with our service, we encourage you to contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns, revise work (as per scope), or improve deliverables.
